- Note on Fragile Items: Since our products are ceramic (oil burners), we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders domestically to ensure efficient delivery.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 7 to 13 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States. No handling or delivery fees apply.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price or covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
